Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ
Is the Classic visit self-guided?
Yes. The Classic option is an independent route. Staff stationed along the way can answer questions. Select Classic self-guided admission rather than a live guided or VIP upgrade.
How long should I allow?
Allow about 75 minutes for a Classic visit, with time to follow the route at your own pace. Check your selected option and any arrival instructions.
Which stadium areas are included?
The usual route goes behind the scenes to player areas, the tunnel, pitch-side positions and the Ajax Gallery of Fame. Events and operations can restrict individual rooms or views; check the notices for your visit.
Can I visit on a match or event day?
Check the booking calendar before travelling. Home matches and other events can remove visits from sale or change the route. Ajax dressing-room access may also be restricted on away-match days.
Does this ticket include an Ajax match?
No. A stadium-visit ticket is not a football match ticket. Match-day experiences require the relevant match admission and separate conditions.
Where does the stadium visit start?
Classic visits normally start at main entrance E. Follow the entrance and meeting-point instructions on your own booking confirmation.
Is an audio guide available?
Recorded commentary is available in several languages. Confirm the language and the audio service included in your selected booking; it does not turn the visit into a live guided group tour.
Can I bring a bag or use a wheelchair?
Large bags and backpacks are restricted. Check the seller’s size and storage rules. Tell the operator about wheelchair requirements in advance so an appropriate route can be arranged.
Can I change or cancel my visit?
Check the cancellation and amendment terms of the specific offer before paying. Guided upgrades, event-related changes and partner reservations may follow different rules.
