Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ

Do I need a timed entry ticket?

Yes. Select the date and starting time required by your offer and arrive according to your confirmation. The operator asks visitors to arrive around 15 minutes early.

The admission offers here are for an independent immersive visit. Hosts assist visitors; a host or greeter listing does not mean a guided tour is included.

Standard entry covers the immersive audiovisual rooms. Lockers are included in the listed admission. Drinks and extra activities apply only when your selected option explicitly includes them.

Book online before travelling to the venue. Choose an available slot and keep the confirmation ready on your phone; follow the selected seller’s redemption instructions.

Allow approximately one hour for the immersive rooms, plus time for arrival and any optional refreshments afterwards.

The operator recommends AMAZE for visitors aged 10 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Check the age categories and restrictions on your chosen offer before booking.

A combination adds a separately operated attraction or cruise. Check what each component includes, reserve any required slots and allow travel time between the venues.

Use the cancellation and change conditions of your selected seller and ticket option. Contact that seller for changes; flexible terms should not be assumed for every offer.

AMAZE uses flashing lights, lasers, loud sound and smoke. It may be unsuitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy or discomfort in enclosed spaces. Ask the venue about access needs before booking; two areas have wheelchair access limitations.
